Shipping policy

1. General shipping information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DHL and processing time is usually 3 business days.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Standard shipping within Germany: €9.50 – delivery time approx. 2-4 business days

Express shipping within Germany: €12.50 – delivery time approx. 1-2 business days

Shipping within the EU: €18.50 – delivery time approx. 2-8 business days

International shipping is not currently available.

Free shipping: For orders over €200 within Germany.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping restrictions

We currently only deliver within the EU.

4. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

5. Damaged or lost orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at service@cleencraft.eu.&nbsp.

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.
