What material are your 3D-printed cards made of?
Our maps are printed with high-quality PLA filament (polylactic acid), a durable, environmentally friendly plastic made from renewable resources. It ensures excellent detail and a smooth surface.

How long does 3D printing take?
Printing time depends on the size and complexity of the map. Small maps typically take 4 to 8 hours, while larger, more detailed maps may take 12 to 24 hours or more. We will provide you with an estimated production time when you place your order.

Can I customize the colors of my card?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of filament colors. Contact us to discuss custom color options for your card.

How detailed are the maps?
This depends on the accuracy of the OpenStreetMap data. Generally, the higher the population density, the greater the information density in the data. In large cities, for example, height information is stored for many buildings. In villages, on the other hand, most buildings have the same height. In this case, a random algorithm varies the building heights.

Care and maintenance

How do I clean my 3D-printed map?
Dust them with a soft, dry cloth or use compressed air. For a more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive water use.

Can I display my card outdoors?
PLA is not recommended for outdoor use, as it can be damaged by prolonged UV exposure and temperature fluctuations. For optimal lifespan, store your card indoors.

How durable are 3D-printed cards?
With proper installation and care, our cards are very durable. However, they can break if dropped or subjected to excessive force. Handle them carefully during installation and setup.

Ordering and shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you the tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

What happens if my card arrives damaged?
We pack all cards carefully, but if any damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to find a solution.
